• एयरपोर्ट ग्राउंड स्टाफ की प्रमुख पोस्ट्स (Post/Roles):

1. टिकट और आरक्षण एजेंट (Ticket and Reservation Agent): ये टिकट बुक करने, रद्द करने या बदलने का काम करते हैं।

2. ग्राउंड ऑपरेशंस सुपरवाइजर (Ground Operations Supervisor): ये ग्राउंड स्टाफ टीम का प्रबंधन करते हैं और विमान के समय पर उड़ान भरने (turnaround) की देखरेख करते हैं!

3. रैंप एजेंट (Ramp Agent/Handler): ये विमान के पास काम करते हैं, जो सामान लादने (loading), उतारने (unloading), और विमान की पार्किंग में मदद करते हैं।
